In the rare event that you manage to catch a virus on your virusproof computer, we will re-load both Zone 1 and Zone 2 onto your computer. In other words, we will return your computer to the condition it was when you first received it from us.
When returning your virusproof computer or laptop, please arrange shipping direct to one of our showrooms. Once we book the computer or laptop in, all expenses of repair and shipping back to you, is covered by us.
We will investigate how the virus reached your computer and advise you accordingly.
Following our investigations and computer repair, we will return your computer to you.
Please note, we reserve the right to charge for our services, if you return your computer for repair multiple times.
We strongly advise you have a backup system in place at all times, as we assume no responsibility for lost or missing files, damaged files, infected files.
The above details are applicable only to virus infection. For hardware repair and warranty issues, you will be covered by the warranty supplied by the hardware vendor used to create your virusproof system, example Asus, Acer, Altech.
